It corresponds to the central core business of Haniel to examine and evaluate its own company portfolio on the basis of the realignment and to adapt it to current market conditions. In this context, Haniel has launched a project together with the management of ELG Haniel GmbH (ELG) to analyse the strategic options for ELG. As part of this analysis, we are also examining possible sales scenarios.
