Jewometaal Stainless Processing B.V. is situated directly in the port of Rotterdam. Approx. 250,000 t of stainless steel scrap are processed here every year making this operation one of the largest individual locations for stainless steel scrap the world over.
Although Jewometaal was always located in the port of Rotterdam, in 2000 a new and highly modern location was occupied in Botlek-Rotterdam. With over 50,000 m2, direct deep-water access and its own loading and unloading facilities, Jewometaal can both discharge and load sea-going vessels and containers as well as river boats. It is, of course, also possible to process trucks at Jewometaal.
